Implementation of Regulated Restrictive Practices.

We collect evidences to inform implementation and reduction of restrictive practices.

Our reporting conforms with the obligatory reporting oversight and standard starting with the Victorian Office of the Senior Practitioner and to the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.

At UL-JO, we aim at using least restrictive intervention options with participant under our care.

We work together with you, your family, and your other support network, especially your Behaviour Support Practitioner, if you have one, to understand any challenging behaviour you may have. We then develop necessary tools to gather evidences to implement recommendations in your behaviour support plan, taking into consideration that such recommendations are temporary.

All information and evidences that we gather will be used to help support you to be of less risk to yourself and others and also to enable you better participate in the community.
